TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A 50% deposit per booking is required for each reservation. All bookings will then be confirmed from Little London Bed & Breakfast by email to you.

Little London Bed and Breakfast is only suitable for those aged over eighteen. We do not accept any children or pets. We do have a small dog of our own.

Little London Bed and Breakfast house and gardens is completely non smoking- including E cigarettes. There will be a £100 charge if there is evidence of smoking in the room and the booking will be terminated.

Payment is accepted online at time of booking, any balance will be automatically deducted from the same account on the day of arrival.

Any damages caused will incur a charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When a booking is made and confirmed it is a legally binding contract. Little London Bed and breakfast agree to supply services and goods as offered and the guest agrees to pay for those services. Should you need to cancel or terminate your holiday earlier than anticipated you are then in breach of the contract made and cancellation charges will apply – as per our cancellation charges policy. We therefore advise that you take out Holiday Insurance.

Please note cancellations must be made in writing/email, phone cancellations are not acceptable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. If a booking becomes frustrated due to lockdown law or a positive Covid test, the balance payment will be cancelled and the deposit credited towards a future stay. 
  2. If a booking becomes frustrated and a full balance has already been paid,the deposit will be credited towards a future stay and the remaining balance refunded.
  3. If a booking is not frustrated at the arrival date, the full balance is charged and no refund given. Guests should be aware that a booking can only be cancelled when it can be proven that lockdown law has indeed caused the booking to become frustrated.

OTHER:

4. If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking will apply.If we are able to re book the same accommodation that cover the same dates then a full refund will be given.

5. If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days and up to 30 days in advance of arrival date, a full refund will be given .

6. If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days of arrival date a full refund will be given.
